I am on the verge of taking chemical, serontine boosting drugs. I’ve been trying to eat a lot healthier, it definitely helps a little bit. But, I think I might need more. What vitamin or vitamins would you daily recommend?

(2) Mary D. says:

I would be very interested to know who to go to in my area that could select the vitamins (B-complex) that would be appropriate for me. I suffer from GAD and depression and have been on antidepressents and Ativan for over 10 years. I just started (on my own) to take a B-complex, plus B12 sublingual supplement. I do feel like it is helping my mental clarity. However, I would like to get off of the above mentioned drugs. Can someone please advise?

I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for 3 yrs now. I take Remeron and Ativan and would like to get off one day. I would like to take vitamins to see if it helps. What vitamins can I take.
