Real Men, Real Depression

According to the NIMH, men are less likely than women to recognize, acknowledge and seek treatment for their depression. Other sources report that men are also more likely than women to commit suicide by violent means. This is why it is very important that we all understand that real men do get depressed and you are no less of a man if you ask for help.
