Normal Energy or Manic?

Tuesday September 21, 2004
"I think I start to do well when I can wash the dishes (and actually finish them), get a load of laundry done (washed, dried AND put away), make my children a healthy dinner, and just basically do all the things 'normal' people do daily. Anyhow, everytime I do well (in my mind) the pdr. calls it manic. Are my meds finally working or am I being manic?"--ilovemykidssh2

Wow. If that is manic, then I’ve been manic for 18 months straight. Isn’t manic a nervous energy? and not necessarily focusing on one thing? And possibly still not finishing tasks?

I am now able to do all those things for my family and I just think I’m normal.
