FAQ: Depression and Sleep Quantity

Friday March 25, 2005
Q. I am interested in your comments in relation to sleep. I have a major problem with the amount of sleep I need. I perceive that the majority of people get by with about 6 - 7 hours. I probably get about 7 hours, as I wake up early, however, am still tired. At this stage I do not get up although I know that I probably should. I am interested in any additional comments that may help my fear of sleep. Read Nancy's Answer
