Nanny McPhee star Emma Thompson has revealed that in the past she suffered from depression.
Although she didn't become actively suicidal, she was quoted by Easy Living magazine as saying, "It's the sort of depression that doesn't necessarily make you want to kill yourself - you just don't want to be, you want to switch it off and stop."
Following the birth of her child, she went through further depression when three more cycles of in vitro were unsuccessful. She said, "That was terrible - I blamed myself, and no-one could persuade me that it wasn't my fault - and that led to another depression."
Speaking of her infertility, Thompson said she is "fine about it now."
I am so sorry for anyone who suffers or has ever suffered from this dreadful time in life.I have been battling d. off and on for many years. if anyone wants to send me their comments about this from an experienced compassionate widower I will answer all mail. Thanks and bless you all.

I had a nervous break down at the age of 24, that was the woarse feeling ever, don’t wish upon my woarse enemy. I went through a bad depression for 3 years. I wanted to just die, i wanted a brain transplant.. I went to from doctors to doctors and they could’nt help me. I decided to move back home.My sister explained to her father inlaw how i felt and he told her that i had air in my head.. He told us to go get a herp and we used 3 other things, belive it or not in a week it went away. I never thought i was going to get better 27 years later i still carry that medicine that i made . In case it happen to me again.
