How's Your Thyroid?

Have you been evaluated for thyroid problems? If you experience such symptoms as sensitivity to cold, weight gain, dry skin and hair, menstrual problems, "brain fog" or changes in libido, your depression may be caused by an undetected thyroid problem. If you haven't had your thyroid evaluated lately, now is the time to insist upon it.
