The PC-PTSD is designed for primary care settings to screen for possible PTSD symptoms.  It is a brief test that indicates whether further help may needed.  Answer each question by selecting a radio button and then click the button to move to the next question.  An evaluation of your symptoms will be presented at the end of the test.
