Medication and Alcohol Wellbutrin and Alcohol Don't Mix

I took Wellbutrin SR for several months. I only drink occasionally, but the day after I had a couple of drinks, I would become more depressed. It would take around 3 days to snap out of it. I believe the alcohol would negate the positive effects of the Wellbutrin. For me, a few hours of being happier while enjoying a drink or two wasn't worth the days of depression that followed. I don't drink at all anymore.
