Prozac (fluoxetine) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that has indications for:

Fluoxetine combined with olanzapine is sold under the brand name Symbyax. It is used for:

  • treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar I disorder in adults
  • treatment of depression in adults that has not responded to other medications
